Teach your class the upper and lower-case alphabet with this fun phonics activity! Children should say the letter names or sounds as they drive their toy car past the trees. FUN hands-on learning for your literacy lessons!
The following are included in colour:
•26 alphabet road mats: children should drive their toy car along the road from left to right. When they reach the tree they should say the letter sound/name. There is an initial sound image included on each mat also, to provide a clue.
•Alphabet car flashcards (5 pages). These could be used for assessment purposes or children could match them to the correct road mats.
